Cattail Studio

Artists Resource Quarters (ARQbarn) has a 300 sq ft work only space, with road access in the basement of the barn with beautiful morning light available for a craftsperson interested in joining our artist community. Concrete floors, exhaust fan to outside, and access to sanding room, and potentially garden space, and forge/blacksmith space.

Additional shared workspace is also available for larger short-term projects just outside the studio area (Taproot). Shared work bathroom on same floor. No plumbing/water access in this studio. Pets okay to stay in space with you as long as they are good with other animals on the property.

Work tables in pictures can remain in space or be removed by request.

Shared wi-fi & bathroom.

This is a community property, as such there are shared cleaning and care-taking responsibilities for communal spaces (kitchen, bathroom, and gardens).

17 minute drive from Ithaca.
12 minute drive from Trumansburg.
15 minute drive from Hector/Burdett.
**We are not on or near a bus line, you must have your own vehicle.

RESTRICTIONS - No music/band rehearsal or fire arts permitted in this space so as not to impact other working artists.
