This is a work-space only on the ground floor, with concrete floors, high ceilings and wonderful morning light.

This space includes a personal entrance on the ground floor, built in exhaust to outside, on-site parking (plowed in the winter).

Shared wi-fi & bathroom.

This is a community property, as such there are shared cleaning and care-taking responsibilities for communal spaces (kitchen, bathroom, and gardens).

17 minute drive from Ithaca.
12 minute drive from Trumansburg.
15 minute drive from Hector/Burdett.
**We are not on or near a bus line, you must have your own vehicle.

RESTRICTIONS - No music/band rehearsal or fire arts permitted in this space so as not to impact other working artists.
