Seeking artistic minded individual looking for a quiet country home. Single occupancy second floor studio apartment with included bathroom, balcony, kitchenette, and parking space included. Laundry is shared with the main house. Slanted ceilings, and windows looking out over nearby farms and flower gardens. Shared gardening space available. Housebroken pets are ok with additional pet deposit.

17 minute drive from Ithaca.
12 minute drive from Trumansburg.
15 minute drive from Hector/Burdett.
**We are not on or near a bus line, you must have your own vehicle.

RESTRICTIONS - No music/band rehearsal or fire arts permitted in this space so as not to impact other working artists.
